NYX

Nyx is a secret agent from a "Higher Species," tasked with monitoring galactic biodiversity. She was chosen as an infiltrator due to her exceptional morphing skills. While her species typically begins developing their powers around the age of 10, Nyx could morph into anyone when she was only 5. One day she even impersonated the mayor, a majestic figure she saw on a gigantic hologram, without knowing it was strictly prohibited by law.

Several years later, Nyx is summoned by the Earth's District Council, where she is revealed a 3D hologram of the planet. Nyx is in disbelief. The last time she checked, Earth was a wonderful place where nature thrived. However, recent images show that pollution, waste, and overconsumption have been completely destroying the ecosystem. "The situation is projected to worsen rapidly," the council warns. "You must go to Earth and plant the 'Restoration Nexus.'"

When Nyx boards the spaceship, she is greeted by 0X1, the efficient yet annoying artificial intelligence that serves as her co-pilot. Nyx wishes that, given the mission's importance, they could have assigned her a 0X9 or even an old N75 model...

Without further ado, Nyx enters hibernation to survive the journey. But as she nears her destination, a malfunction forces an emergency landing...
