When Izara was just a child, there was a huge between colonies. One day, a giant rocket hit the moon, and the satellite's debris struck a building right next to her home, leaving her gravely injured.
Despite her severe injuries, she never gave up and trained hard to join the Paralympic volleyball team.

Revy, a prominent scientist in biotechnology and prosthetics, becomes interested in her after witnessing her performance on a global platform as she wins the silver medal.

After contacting her, he offers to help her test the ExoTek, a human exoskeleton designed to not only restore her full mobility but also grant her extraordinary abilities. After some initial hesitation, Izara accepts.

After four long years of training while wearing the suit, she is finally able to successfully run a full 100 meters; a few weeks later, while having dinner, she catches mid-air a fly that was heading to her soup.

A few days later, a representative of the army visits the laboratory, expressing interest in testing the ExoTek in missions. In exchange, they offer unlimited funds to complete the research and make it widely available to the public.
The only ExoTek in existence is direclty linked to Izara's DNA, so the choice really depends on her. Izara is torn: on one hand she wants to help Revy achieve his dream. On the other, she is still traumatized by her war memories.
After a couple of days, she is ready to make her decision.
